AEW closes out their 2021 PPV schedule with what many called the most anticipated PPV of the year in pro wrestling. And they delivered BIG! MJF vs Darby Allin is worthy of MOTY consideration. As Jim Ross said, “Eddie Kingston vs CM Punk was a god*am fist fight”. Lucha Bros and Britt Baker retained. Bryan Danielson wins the Eliminator Tournament and will be the next contender for Heavyweight Championship. Chris Jericho got his revenge on Dan Lambert. And we have a new AEW World Heavyweight Champion: ‘Hangman’ Adam Page!

Top shelf quality matches from top to bottom. Jay Lethal makes an appearance, is now All Elite, and will face Sammy Guevara for the TNT Title on 11/17/21 episode of Dynamite. Lots of tributes to Eddie Guerrero, who passed away 16 years ago to the day (November 13, 2005). Baron von Raschke even made an appearance and got involved in a match! Finally, despite the negative reaction from fans towards Cody at Full Gear, DT shares a cool story involving Cody. DT finally puts to rest the true reason why fans are turning on Cody when he’s in front of the camera.
